My first blog entry...

Ok, I'm very new to this. I have read several blogs and it took me a while to see the benefit of it, so I will give it a try. There are times when I have thought of keeping a journal, but for some reason this seems more fun...being able to post pictures, etc. It also may be a good thing for my kids and grandkids to have and read someday. How nice it would be if I had something like this to read from my parents, or even grandparents! There are a few things that I have, but hopefully I will be able to leave something more tangible about my life for those interested in the future.
